The Pile Group, LLC was established in 2004 by President and CEO Willie
Pile, as an organization that will empower communities around the
country through youth athletic camps, motivational speaking engagements, and motivational books. Willie Pile is a professional football athlete who
devotes countless hours of community service to encourage people from all
walks of life, to set goals and create a plan of action to achieve those goals.
In 2010, Willie was named defensive captain of the Argonauts and proved his value with an outstanding season in Toronto. He set career highs in tackles (83) and fumble recoveries (2), in addition to tying his career high in interceptions (4). For his 2010 campaign, he was named to the CFL's East Division All Star Team.
